Maybe we loved in another life
and promised that we will find each other
somehow, somewhere

Maybe we took a long time in this life
to find each other, to love each other
but still, we did keep our promise
but still, we did find each other

Maybe we were hidden there
in each other’s subconscious
nudging this way, pulling that way
till we found each other

Maybe that explains why I know that
I’ve felt you more than one life would allow.
